STRATEGIES AGAINST COVID 19 AND SAVING THE LIVES OF PEOPLE

COVID 19 IS MADE A PANDEMIC situation throughout the world right now as we all know. Almost all countries being effected and some countries are in serious situation, I am shocked as most of the other human beings on the earth, mostly because strategies of some groups, regions and countries are applying against this pandemic situation.

 My thinking is that value of the life human lives can’t be estimated, it is so important to save people without considering their age group, nationality or religion. We should have equally treated all and vision should be base with compassion, economical and other factors should be considered after that, which are hardly see in some developed regions of the world

I like to bring some facts from the point of my country Sri Lanka, which is south Asian developing country which face the matter relatively well.

Most of the advanced countries like the USA, Italy and the coronavirus are getting helpless. There are close to forty thousand deaths in America. There are only seven dead in Sri Lanka.Is this really possible? How did this happen?

Imagine, a year ago, someone would say, "There is a sickness that is spreading all over the world. When 40,000 people die in America, only seven die in Sri Lanka." We all laugh at him.But it has.

Does that mean we're more advanced than America?

Imagine that America and Sri Lanka are two and forty stories tall buildings. Corona said it was a blazing fire on the top floor of the two buildings.Both countries prepared for the fire in advance.America did it in advance by strengthening its fire brigade. They prepared the best fire extinguishers in the world, as well as fire extinguishers, and many fire extinguishers.

In the meantime, a few educated people in Sri Lanka who really loved the people and who were very intelligent, wondered what would happen if there was a fire. They knew we'd never get a firefight like America.

Finally, they installed a fire alarm inside the building for a little smoke. Then they hugged the little fire extinguisher around the building as they could. Knowing that you can't face a big fire, when you start small, people use a little practice to extinguish the fire. A fire has spread to these two buildings. Years ago in Sri Lanka, the alarm horn sounded this time too. At the moment we are trying to put out the fire with our little equipment. Not so in America. They don't know about the fire until half the first floor is on fire. Now they've been trying to put out the fire with their advanced fire brigade.

 

If one looks at the two buildings, a few spark flames emanate from the lanka building and the first floor in the US is completely on fire.One can see that we are way ahead of the fire.But this is the unseen fact. By the time the darkness is over, the American state of affairs may look bad, but with the most advanced fire brigade, they can fire forty to three floors and extinguish the fire.But even if the fire spread to half of our building, we would lose the entire building. Because we don't have the facilities to put out a fire like that.

What is this warning horn? That was the Epidemiology Unit, which was founded in the 1950's in collaboration with the World Health Organization to investigate infectious diseases.Because of the old-fashioned way of controlling the spread of any infectious disease even today.

 

When the first coronavirus was found, everyone around them searched and quarantined them because this system was about sixty years old. Otherwise this system was not designed for coronavirus. This is how it happens. Imagine a dengue patient coming to the hospital. MHH, the owner of that sick house, is telling it. A MIH is a PHI man looking after the house. He should go immediately to that sick house. Go and see if there are more dengue cases and mosquito breeding places. Do the best you can to reduce the spread of the disease.

 

That's exactly what we did to Corona. The difference is that instead of smoking the dengue, the person inside the corona was locked up for fourteen days. But remember, this system does not tell you how much you can tolerate a serious illness like this. Every mistake you make is too big for these people to bear.Again, I am talking about fire. The fire is still burning. We can't be happier looking at America. Be careful not to let the little fire extinguisher on our little fire extinguisher be too heavy.Because if America doesn't save forty-eight floors, we'll have to burn as many as thirty-eight floors. At least for the people who have worked so hard for us and who have never written their names or boards anywhere, act responsibly.
